Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Wildlife Pulse. By using the platform, you accept these Terms and applicable law.
General
Wildlife Pulse is a social platform for sharing and viewing wildlife, nature and conservation-related content and for communicating with other users. The service is provided electronically by Biuro Rachunkowe ATUT Sp. z o.o., ul. Komorowskich 27, 34-300 Żywiec, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 5532532272, KRS: 0000656726.
User account
Registration requires accurate information needed to create an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You may delete your account in profile settings or by contacting the operator.
Suspension and deletion by the operator
The operator may suspend, restrict or delete an account if these Terms or the Community Guidelines are breached, if required by law, to protect platform security, other users or to prevent abuse. In such cases the operator may act without prior notice and without providing detailed reasons where security, data protection, investigation of abuse or legal obligations require it. Outside those cases, you may ask the operator for clarification or a review of the decision as described on the Contact page. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Use of the service
You may publish content, comment, follow users, save posts, send messages and use features available at a given time, in compliance with law, these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
User content
You retain ownership of content you publish and remain responsible for it. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, technically reproduce, process and make content available as necessary to operate the service, moderate content, maintain security and backups.
Prohibited activity
You must not publish unlawful content, including child sexual abuse material, violence promotion, harassment, hate speech, terrorism, fraud, spam, malware, copyright violations, third-party personal data without a legal basis or content encouraging harm to people, animals or the environment.
Moderation and safety
The operator may remove or restrict content, limit account features, suspend or ban accounts where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law or user safety. Moderation decisions may be explained only to the extent required by safety and law.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or security measures. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Liability
The service is provided with the features available at a given time. The operator is not responsible for user-generated content except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Content in the service does not constitute legal, veterinary, medical, scientific or safety advice.
Governing law and disputes
Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence in the EU apply where required. Otherwise Polish law applies, subject to mandatory norms protecting consumers in the EU. Disputes are resolved by competent courts.
Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms for important reasons, including service changes, legal requirements or security needs. Material changes will be announced in the service with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance of the revised Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
